Hello Mississippi! Big House Books already has hundreds of letters from prisoners in Mississippi requesting books to read. The good news is, we have lots of donated books to send them! We just need some help from you to get them there. Our greatest needs are:
- $75/month for a space in Jackson that can house books and host book packing parties.
- $3-$5 per package for packing supplies and postage
- Printer paper, black sharpies, and folding tables for work days
Our group is entirely volunteer run, and we cover our operating costs solely on donations.
